Telescope operator
Set up and operate telescopes, helping guests view the night sky and find celestial objects.
Assistant event manager
Support the events team in coordinating activities and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Usher
Guide and welcome guests, helping them find their way and feel at home at our events.
F&B management
Help manage food and beverage stations, keeping guests refreshed throughout the event.
AV assist
Support audio-visual setup and operation, ensuring talks and presentations go off without a hitch.
Parking logistics
Direct and manage parking, helping guests arrive and depart safely and smoothly.
Astronomy expert
Share your knowledge with guests, answering questions and explaining the wonders of the universe.
Check-in & registration
Welcome guests at the entrance, manage check-in, and keep registration running smoothly.
Crowd management

Who can volunteer?
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and nationalities across the UAE.
18 years & above
Adults of any nationality are welcome to volunteer across all of our roles and events.
Ages 15–17
Younger volunteers are welcome with parental consent — a great way to learn and grow with us.
Open to all
No astronomy background needed — just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to help.
