Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for all purchases made with Dubai Astronomy Group, including event tickets, workshops, memberships, experiences, digital products, and physical items.

At Dubai Astronomy Group, we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for all purchases made through our website, including event tickets, workshops, memberships, experiences, digital products, and physical items.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Event Tickets, Workshops & Experiences

 

For all ticketed events, workshops, and astronomy experiences:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund

  • Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible

  • All refund requests must include proof of purchase

  • A 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds

No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Dubai Astronomy Group. Approval is not guaranteed.

Memberships

 

Membership purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.

If you believe there has been an issue with your membership purchase, please contact us and we will review your request individually.

Membership benefits cannot be transferred or exchanged unless stated otherwise.

 

Digital Products & Downloads

 

All digital products (including downloadable content, guides, courses, or materials) are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, we will be happy to assist you.

Physical Products

 

For physical items purchased from Dubai Astronomy Group:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

 

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days

  • Bank or payment provider delays may apply

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.

Exchanges & Credits

 

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • Event transfers to another available date

  • Store or event credit for future use

  • Product exchanges (subject to availability and eligibility)

These options are offered at the discretion of Dubai Astronomy Group.

Cancellations by Us

 

If an event, workshop, or experience is cancelled or rescheduled by us, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to a new date or equivalent experience
