Stargazing + Quadrantids Meteor Shower
Join us at Al Qudra Desert on the evening of the 3rd of Jan and the morning of the 4th to learn more about our night sky, observe different planets and objects through our telescopes, and possibly see the Quadrantids Meteor Shower!

- • 11:20 PM – Talk: Quadrantids Meteor Shower
- • 01:00 AM – Arabian Astronomy
- • 01:15 AM – Sky Mapping Session (Stories about the Constellations)
- • 01:30 AM – Q & A Session
- • Telescope Observation all throughout the evening (Moon and deep sky objects)
- • Phone photography of celestial objects through the telescopes
TRANSPORTATION DETAILS:
- • Pick-up time: 09:25 PM (3 Jan 2023)
- • Pick-up location: Centerpoint Metro Station (Rashidiya Park parking)
- • Transportation fee: AED 50/- per person
