Kids Space Camp

Join us for an exciting and educational adventure at Kids Space Camp! Designed for children aged 7 to 14 years old, this four-day camp will ignite their curiosity about the wonders of space.

PROGRAM FEE:
- • Full Camp Program: AED 500/- per student
- • Full Camp – DAG Members: AED 400/- per student
- • Individual Camp Days: AED 150/- per day
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- • Park entrance is AED 10 per car or AED 3 per person through Nol Card.
- • You can purchase/recharge your Nol Card at the park gate.
- • Tickets for this camp are LIMITED!
- • Please bring the hard copy or soft copy of the event ticket email to ensure a smooth and fast check-in.
- • Dubai Astronomy Group paid members are requested to bring their membership ID card to be presented upon request.
- • All students should wear comfortable clothing, sports shoes, and bring a jacket with them.

Day 1 (10th Jul)
- How to be an Astronaut
- Discover the skills and qualities needed to become an astronaut.
- Astronaut Training
- Learn about the type of exercise astronauts do in space to stay in shape.
- 3D Printing Workshop
- Learn about the applications of 3D printing in space and print 3D objects.
Day 2 (11th Jul)
- Space Robotics
- Dive into the fascinating world of space robotics and learn about the role of robots in space exploration.
- Robotics Workshop
- Compete in building your own robot.
- Planetarium Show
- Experience the wonders of the universe through a captivating planetarium show.
Day 3 (12th Jul)
- How do we launch things into space? + Rocket Launching
- Uncover the secrets of space launch systems and participate in a rocket launching activity.
- Straw Rockets
- Design and launch your own straw rocket to explore the principles of propulsion.
- Paper Models
- Construct a rocket using paper models.
Day 4 (13th Jul)
- Telescope Workshop
- Gain insights into telescopes and their significance in space observation.
- VR – Simulation Games
- Immerse yourself in virtual reality simulation games to experience space missions.
- Telescope Observation
- Observe celestial objects through a telescope under the guidance of an expert.
