DESCRIPTION:About the event\n\n\nThe Leonids are a major annual meteor shower peaking around November 17–18\, known for producing fast\, bright\, and colorful meteors\, including fireballs. Originating from comet 55P/Tempel-Tuttle\, they appear to emanate from the constellation Leo.
